Hi, my name is Jim Mohr. I live in northern Indiana. I have been recording in my home studio for nearly 20 years. I haven't recorded any top 10 hits, but the enjoyment I have had trying is priceless. I have been constantly upgrading equipment, and have learned a wealth of information about creating a studio on a budget. I started with a dual cassette, moved up to a 4-track cassette, and finally to a 8 channel digital.

     The purpose of this site is to pass on this information and aid artists and musicians getting their songs recorded, and then getting them on the internet. I am no pro, but I hope I can help. This site is going to be intentionally simple, with no flashy banners, and doo-dads to slow down the loading of the pages. Please view the following pages by choosing from the menu on the right.
